# Delete JFrog Registry

When you no longer need a [JFrog registry](https://docs.connect.jfrog.io/administration-new-ui/general-settings/registry), you can delete it. You can delete all JFrog registries, except for the default JFrog account linked to the Connect server. It is not deletable.

## Prerequisites

* Administrator role
* At least one JFrog registry in addition to the default JFrog registry

## Delete the Registry

To delete a registry, do the following:

1. Go to **General** **Settings** and the **Registry Management** tab, and choose **JFrog** for the Registry Type.
2. In the row of the relevant registry, click the **More** icon (three dots) on the right side, and choose **Delete**. The default registry cannot be edited or deleted.
