Contact JFrog Support from JFrog Connect
If you have an Enterprise account for JFrog Connect, you can contact JFrog Support directly from the Connect web UI.
To open a support ticket, do the following:
In JFrog Connect, click the Help icon (?) on the top right and choose Open a Ticket. (You can also go directly to the JFrog Help Center login page.)
If your menu says Open a Ticket via [email protected], send an email to [email protected].

Log in to the Help Center and create your support ticket.

If you are unable to log in, use the contact information on JFrog's Contact Us page.
