# Add User to Fleet

When you [create a new fleet](https://docs.connect.jfrog.io/features-new-ui/account-management/organize-your-fleet/create-project) in [JFrog Connect](https://jfrog.com/connect/), you and other Connect administrators are included in the fleet by default. Non-administrator users are not included in the fleet until you add them.

To add a user to a fleet, do the following:

1. In General Settings, go to the **User Permissions** tab. Click the **Edit** icon (pencil) for the user on the right side of the table. The user cannot be an admin.

2. The panel on the right shows a list of Accessible Fleets, which are the fleets the user already has access to, and a dropdown list for choosing an additional fleet. In the dropdown list, choose a fleet that the user will have access to.

3. Click **View Fleet** to the **ON** position. When turned on, the user gains access to the fleet. If no permissions are marked, the user will have view-only access. Mark the **Permissions** the user should have. If you want the user to have all the permissions, click **Select All**. Save your changes.
